I ordered a specific flower arrangement and somehow ended up with something that didn’t look much like what I picked at all. I understand substitutions happen sometimes, but it really felt like I was the one left dealing with the disappointment. There wasn’t a clear heads up, and the arrangement I got seemed cheaper than what I paid for. Just a frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Had an issue, but they sorted it out"
My order ended up having a problem with the delivery timing, and I was annoyed at first because it kind of messed up the thing. I contacted them and they did get back to me, not immediately, but they were helpful once we connected. The flowers were okay when they finally arrived. I’m glad they fixed it in the end, I just wish it had gone a bit more smoothly from the beginning

"Not really what I expected"
I ordered from the site thinking it would look like the arrangement in the photo, but what showed up was different. The flowers and colors weren’t really the same, and it looked kind of thrown together. I totally understand that substitutions can happen, but this didn’t feel close to what I ordered, if that makes sense. Disappointed and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Delivery driver made the experience really unpleasant"
I really wasn’t happy with how this delivery went, mostly because of the driver. He called because he couldn’t find the place, which I understand can happen, but the way he spoke to me on the phone was just rude and impatient. It felt like he was blaming me for it, even though I was trying to explain the location as clearly as I could and help him get there.
When he finally arrived, he barely said anything and seemed annoyed the entire time, which made the whole thing feel stressful instead of like a nice flower delivery. The flowers themselves were fine, so I don’t want to say the product was bad, but the delivery experience really ruined it for me. I wouldn’t order again because I don’t want to deal with that kind of attitude when I’m just trying to send or receive flowers.

I tried to place an order, but the payment just kept failing at checkout. I’ve used plenty of other sites without any issues, so this was frustrating and not the smooth experience I was expecting...

I wish the pricing had been clearer from the start. Some fees didn’t show up until later, which was frustrating, and I also wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next after seeing them. A little more upfront detail would have made the whole process much easier.

"Arrangement didn’t look anything like what I ordered"
I was disappointed when the flowers arrived. The arrangement looked way smaller and messier than the photo, and some of the flowers were already drooping. The colors weren’t even close to what I picked, which made it more frustrating because I felt like I had to keep explaining that this wasn’t what I ordered. For the price, I really expected something fresher and fuller. I wouldn’t order from here again...

The packaging was disappointing. The box felt really flimsy, and by the time it arrived, the bouquet was already crushed and damaged. Not what I was hoping for at all.

"Delivery area was way too limited"
I tried ordering flowers for a local delivery and only found out near the end that my address wasn’t covered, even though it looked close on the map. Super frustrating after I’d already spent time picking everything out. It felt like extra work for no reason because then I had to start all over and find another shop. I really wish the delivery area had been made clearer before checkout.

I ordered flowers from theflowershopnj.com, and I was disappointed when they showed up. I had been expecting a nice, fresh-looking arrangement, so opening the box and seeing them in that condition was frustrating.
Some of the petals already had brown edges, and a few of the stems were drooping right away. It didn’t feel like I had received fresh flowers at all, it seemed more like they had been sitting around for a while before being sent out.
For what I paid, I really expected them to look better and last more than a day. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good experience for me, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Same-day delivery didn’t really happen"
I ordered flowers because they offered same-day delivery, and that was the whole reason I picked this shop. But they didn’t show up that day, so... yeah, frustrating when you’re counting on something to arrive quickly.
I ended up having to reach out myself, and the update I got wasn’t super clear either. Maybe they’re totally fine for regular orders, but if the timing really matters, I don’t think I’d use them again

"Fine for a Simple Birthday Order"
I used theflowershopnj.com for a birthday flower order, and it was okay. Fine. The flowers looked decent and arrived as expected, but they didn’t really feel special or impressive. Meh. I think it works for simple occasions, but for something bigger, I’d probably look for something with a bit more wow.

I ordered these sometime in early May, or maybe it was late April, I can’t remember exactly. The flowers were fine overall and looked nice enough, but I didn’t feel like they were anything super special for the price. Not a bad experience, just a little pricey for what I got.

I reached out about my order and waited hours without getting a clear answer. I had to keep following up just to get any kind of response, and when support finally replied, it felt like they were blaming me instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience overall.

"Wish there were more options for customizing flowers"
I was really hoping to make a few small changes to the bouquet, like swapping out some flowers and adjusting the colors a bit, but there just wasn’t much flexibility available. It kind of felt like I had to choose from what was already shown rather than actually being able to customize it the way I wanted. For the price, I expected there to be more choices or at least a little more room to personalize the arrangement. The bouquet options weren’t terrible, but the limited customization made the whole experience feel a bit disappointing
